I was looking for an autonomous robot vacuum and mop – one that could handle self-emptying and mop cleaning for several weeks between manual maintenance, while still delivering a consistently high-quality clean. This particular make and model has definitely delivered on the cleaning front. The vacuum suction is strong on carpets, and the rotary mopping leaves my hard floors spotless. What's more, the convenience of the mop pads being automatically cleaned is a huge plus – it means the robot is always ready to tackle messes whenever needed. The accompanying app is user-friendly and offers a fantastic level of customization. I appreciate the ability to tailor cleaning settings to specific rooms and even adjust schedules based on the time of day, weather, or season. For example, I can set more intensive cleaning for high-traffic areas during wet, muddy periods compared to lighter cleaning when they're dry and less used. Of course, like most robot vacuums, it's not entirely perfect. It struggles to reach very tight corners smaller than the mop pad, and the suction doesn't extend right to the edges, so edge cleaning on carpets isn't its strongest suit. However, these limitations are generally understood with robot vacuums, and for me, the occasional manual touch-up for corners and carpet edges (and the stairs, which it can't handle at all) is a small trade-off for the overall convenience. In short, my floors have never been cleaner, nor have they stayed this consistently clean. If this robot vacuum broke down tomorrow, I wouldn't hesitate to order a replacement immediately. Having purchased it on sale, I almost feel like I've gotten away with something – the level of convenience and cleaning performance for the price is outstanding! While other excellent robot vacuums undoubtedly exist (which I can't personally comment on), I wholeheartedly recommend this one.
The Dreame L10s Ultra Gen2 offers an excellent balance of powerful cleaning, smart features, and convenience at a mid-range price. Its strong suction, effective mopping with its MopExtend technology, and the automated base station make it a fantastic solution for busy households looking for a reliable and efficient robot vacuum and mop. Its overall performance and value are hard to beat. It's particularly well-suited for homes with a mix of hard floors and carpets and those with pets. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommended the vacuum.
First, ordering was easy and quite reassuring. Usually, I'd prefer to buy from Amazon but Dreame offered a much better price direct so I thought I'd take a chance on a direct purchase.
We got lots of confirmation and tracking updates as soon as we paid. They use a proper courier (DPD) and it really did arrive next day.
Robot is fab and exactly as described. It's great having clean floors to come down to every morning. You have to move cables out of its way but that's the same for most robovacs. Otherwise, obstacle detection is excellent and it works in the dark.
It's actually made as declutter too (so the robot can get around) and get into a routine of picking stuff up before going to bed. Unexpectedly, this has made our home much nicer too and got us into a manageable cleaning routine.
I sent them a query about brushes and they answered quickly enough, but can't report back on the CS experience otherwise.
We've since bought a stick vac for them and the experience was much the same except they delivered next day on a Sunday.

Great vacuum and mop!
Ordered this as a Christmas present for myself. I am stoked. Vacuuming is perfect, mop is good enough- floor looks clean, I had to clean bad staining first on our tiles but it’s keeping up with the job. No more cleaning floors for me!
We have a big house and it can clean most of downstairs on 40% charge. Mop extend is awesome. Map and app are good. Only thing haven’t figured out how to link it with Google home. Only had it for couple days, very impressed. Hope it lasts.
