Great vacuum cleaner for its price. Works well on our medium pile carpet and laminated floors. The upholstery attachment is great on our cloth chairs.
I'd love to be in a position to write a positive review, but DPD have not excelled. Firstly we wasn't aware that they would issue us a pin number meaning we had to be home. We contacted your office who were great and changed the address as it could not be done on line. When the carrier arrived the pin number didn't work so off they went. On your office contacting DPD they were told he would return later in the day....... He didn't, so we are hoping they will return tomorrow and the new pin will work.
This Vacuum Cleaner is the most powerful one I have ever used.
I really like how light and highly manoeuvrable this vacuum cleaner is. Great for hoovering under the sofa and getting in to difficult to reach places. I am delighted with how it performs on our wooden floors. It comes with a good number of useful attachments. A thin, pointed nozzle type attachment would have been a welcome addition.
Great machine and the customer service is fantastic, we had a small issue, which was dealt with brilliantly and quickly.
