After a week where the shipping company said they had still not received my package, I emailed Dreame to ask why I had received no communication about the delay. They replied to say that my vacuum cleaner had been 'lost in transit' and they didn't have any more in stock and refunded me but with little apology. This seems unprofessional. Very unhappy. No effort to make amends or keep me trusting them, which makes me think I dodged a bullet if their after-sales service is equally poor.
It’s superb light in weigh but 30-40 minutes lifetime in actual use. Easy to use but not good suction performance.
Great vacuum cleaner for its price. Works well on our medium pile carpet and laminated floors. The upholstery attachment is great on our cloth chairs.
I'd love to be in a position to write a positive review, but DPD have not excelled. Firstly we wasn't aware that they would issue us a pin number meaning we had to be home. We contacted your office who were great and changed the address as it could not be done on line. When the carrier arrived the pin number didn't work so off they went. On your office contacting DPD they were told he would return later in the day....... He didn't, so we are hoping they will return tomorrow and the new pin will work.
