I use Eufy Cleaning solution in it as I have an Eufy X10 pro for carpet areas, as it cleans better than the Dreame, and then I have the X40 for Tiled areas with small rugs. The Eufy solution works fine with it. X40 seems better at mopping due to the extending mop.. Shame as I would like to use the Dreame product, but it is never in stock.
’m disappointed that this product is constantly out of stock. I invested a significant amount of money in your wet and dry floor cleaner, yet I now have no cleaning solution available to use with it. Customers deserve a clear explanation and an update on when this product will be restocked.
I've been waiting now for probably around a month this product is sold out everywhere and hasn't been in stock here for over a month. If you don't want us to use not genuine cleaners you have to restock your items...
Bought X50 Ultra in Scotland yet I am struggling to find this liquid. They wont deliver here and in other places you have to pay double the price for it if not more! And I dont want to use any other liquid as they recommend to use this one. My mop is brand new and I dont want to risk it and lose my warranty. If I knew I will struggle with liquid this much I definitely wouldnt have choosen this mop!
