Title: Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Again!
I had the worst experience with the Dreame H12 Dual Cordless Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner purchase. First, I never even received the product, despite paying for it. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they were incredibly rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. It took weeks, if not a month, just to get my refund, and I had to constantly chase them for updates.
The situation got so bad that I had to report it to the police to get any action taken. The lack of professionalism and accountability from this company is shocking. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away unless you want a massive headache and horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I normally don't bother with writing reviews, but this time I couldn't resist sharing how amazing this vacuum cleaner is! If only I had known about it sooner! I am absolutely smitten with it! I used to despise cleaning the floors, but now I find myself doing it several times a day. I am completely hooked! As a busy working mom with three kids and a large dog, my floors were always dirty and cleaning took up so much of my time. Now, thanks to this vacuum, my floors are sparkling clean as if no one lives here, and there are no traces of my dog's paws or hair. Thank you so much for this vacuum! Don't think twice about it! It's a game-changer that you'll never regret!
