Amazing Hoover! Actully cleans and removes the dirt. I use to steam my floors but I felt like it only was moving the dirt about. So I brought the H12 and it actully removes the dirt so much so that I got curious and steamed the floor after I hoovered and the steam cloth was almost clean( sad I know but I'm really OCD). It came with great attachments. I also brought a different head for the hoover better for the carpets. The only thing i would say is putting parts on the hoover can be fiddly but all in all an amazing product.
Dificult to take vacuum form the station and charging onlyapplies to the mop station so in order to charge it - yopu need to keep changing the motor from station to station-not the best solution
I am surprised how this vaccume works its really cleaning floors and it's not so loud I thought that it will be like my previous vaccumes but it's surplisly quiet easy to put together and for me Perfect
I am really so pleased with this wet & Dry hoover. At first it looks daunting when the box arrives with all the different pieces but once you read the booklet you understand the hoover more. I have tile flooring throughout and the hoover is perfect for tiles. Cleans great
