Love this machine and it’s been working great for me over the last 6 months. But I’m trying to find somewhere I can order the auto water refill and auto water empty system from. So far Dreame sales teams are just useless, with no information and can’t help. This makes no sense as you can order this in some countries. Why not the uk.
After years with a roomba, I am blown away by the quality of the l20. Super fast setup, great mapping, great cleaning. I’m impressed.

I have had two other automatic vacuum cleaners but this is by far the best! I live on a farm and have dogs in my house. I love a clean floor so I scheduled it to run every day. It does a great job and I love all the touch free features.
Love how clean our floors are kept now....we've always had a robo vac probably for 10 yrs now??? Couldn't imagine not having one ...we moved into a house that we installed lvp throughout and live with 2 dogs...and 7 grands that visit....but with the dogs alone in OR...it was almost impossible to keep up...the robo vacs only picked up hair...and the early mopping robos just spread dirty water everywhere. Lol now this one goes back and cleans the mop pads periodically during the cleaning and at the end cleans the moppads and dries them as well! Now my floors are barefoot walkable clean again....lol we run it 2x a day...I know overkill...but so nice to just have auto programmed to do so. Love having floors cleaned daily not weekly or monthly ...lol cost so worth it ....time, energy, and no more complaints about how gritty or dirty the floor is and that these will be our last dogs cuz cant how dirty the floors are...hair and paw prints.... tough to keep the floors mopped all the time while working full time. Total game changer!!!! Will always have one rendition of these going forward. Love how far technology has come.....next maybe a multifunctional robo that dusts too lol...then we are really getting closer what the Jetsons cartoon creator envisioned back in the day...haha.
