Delivery was smooth - plenty of online updates and arrived via DPD on 2nd day after online order. It is the first robot vacuum-mop I have had but was able to get it set up, 2 floors mapped and initial cleans done in one day. There are still some things I'm looking to fine tune but at this stage very happy with the overall quality and operation or the robot. It works!
I’ve had robot vacuums before, but nothing of this stature or spec. It’s absolutely brilliant. We have a 4 month old puppy and our floors have never been so clean! The technology is incredible, it revisits areas in which it found an obstacle to see if it’s still there. If it is it’ll leave it, if it’s gone it’ll clean the area it missed. The obstacle avoidance and detection is second to none. I can’t recommend one enough!
When it works it’s great, but in the middle of a clean it failed which was really disappointing. Unfortunately have now returned it to where I got it from. More needs to be done on testing to ensure they aren’t quite so brittle.
I have been using the Dreame L40 for about three months now, and I can confidently say it is the best purchase I have ever made. The performance is great; it is consistently efficient and effective. Whether it is tackling daily dust or unexpected messes, the Dreame L40 handles it all with ease. The battery life is impressive. The design is sleek and modern, making it a stylish addition to my home. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the Dreame L40.
After alot of research we decided on the Dreame L40. We have been incredibly impressed, but there’s a few tweaks that would make it perfect! I have contacted the after sales, but can’t seem to get any response, just an automated email. - it’s not great with mats or any raised bits and seems to miss debris around them. - it is constantly banging into the legs of our kitchen bar stools. - you can’t set it to clean a specific area without starting it on a whole room clean and then changing it to a specific area once it’s started. - if you use the voice activation for it to clean where you are, it can’t seem to look round the kitchen island that’s in front of its dock, so I have to get it to follow me around the kitchen in a series or commands until I get it to where the spillage is, by which time it would have been quicker if I’d just grabbed a dustpan and brush!
It’s so clever in so many ways and it does a great job of cleaning and hoovering, just a few tweaks would make it amazing!
