I got this for about a week and I think it does a pretty good job at cleaning the floors. For context: I don't have pets or children and wear no shoes it the house.
Problem is I have a two floor apartment, which is why I got the dreame, I saw it had a multi-floor option in their app while doing research. But the app and the machine need some work on how it goes about cleaning multiple floors. It seems that if you want it to work seamlessly, you would need to have a base station on each floor you want it to clean on. I do not wish to buy another base station, and am more than happy to cart it to whatever floor I need it on. But because it's not meant to start from a random location, I found that you need to start the cleaning process (turn it on) when it's on the base station (so that it wets the mops) and then once it is ready to clean (which you'll only know when you're staring at it, because otherwise it'll just clean the floor it's on), only then you cart it wherever it needs to be.
I think this could easily be fixed with an app update, so that when you want to clean on a different floor, you indicate the floor you want it to clean and it wets the mops and alerts you when it's ready to be taken to whatever floor you need it on.
