Only had the robotic vacuum for a week. So far it’s working great no issues. Initially had issues installing the tricut brush correctly as the instructions were not clear. Once untrained correctly work great. Would like to be able to purchase spare parts for this item.

After intense reviewing for the best robo vac out now I came across this little beauty just as I was giving up the will to live…..! Can’t recommend this enough, I’ve a good size 4 bed with hard floors and carpets and not only does it do a grand job vacuuming but mopping too, worth every penny! Kudos X40 👍🏼
This little guy makes cleaning completely hands-free. So far, I haven't even had to change the dust collection bag. All I need to do is turn on the robot using the app, add clean water, and empty the dirty water from the station every two weeks.
My flat is heavily carpeted, and this robot adjusts perfectly by lifting the mops and using powerful suction when cleaning the carpets. The side brush extension is truly brilliant. Recently, the drain on the roof was blocked, causing a little paint on my wall to peel. The robot's side brush extended to the wall and cleaned it from the corner of carpet thoroughly! It's just so smart. I couldn't be happier with it!
