Absolutely amazing, time saving and brilliant clean up
Excellent robot hoovers. So easy to set up and start using straight away, just remember to fully charge before sending them off to map your floor. The auto mop to vacuum speeds up cleaning and my carpets and tiled floors have never looked so good. Purchased 2 as have cats and need floors cleaned daily whilst out but you can move the robot to map/clean another floor. Very happy with purchases

I bought a new L10s Pro Ultra robot direct from Dreame in Nov 24. I have discovered a fault which causes the robot to ‘forget’ its customized cleaning settings. Despite many many emails and setting up remote access for the tech support team to the robot they have still been unable to diagnose the fault. I have requested a copy of the dreame customer complaints procedure but received nothing & repeatedly asked for the fault to be escalated.
